I think it is the original Jim Carey who plays Obama… The same guy who played the original Dave Chappelle….(Note : That is not the same Jim Carey or Chappelle as in earlier years). Steve O (Much taller than they make him look) is the Former NFL WR Randy Moss/ actor Desmon Harrington character (This character also plays the new Jim Caviezel actor since Tucker Carlson stopped playing James).
